APPRAISAL EXPERIENCE - Licensed and Certified Residential Appraisal in the state of West Virginia. Written appraisals on real estate, personal property, stamps, coins, antiques, vehicles, farm equipment, industrial machinery, livestock, and inventories of all types. These reports and studies have included counseling and preparation of feasibility, marketability, liquidation, insurance and rent and lease studies. These reports have ranged from form appraisals to narrative reports.
